It might be easy to dress stylish when you are in the “modern world” in the city. But what if you are the person who earns for adventure in the great outdoors. Just because you go camping, skiing or boating, doesn’t mean you have to look like a schmuck. You can keep you sense of style that will take you from ski slope to trendy restaurant or white-water rafting to gourmet steak and burger joint.
Dress for outdoors and look nice, by shopping at outdoor retailers, like REI or Cabellas. They have decent looking athletic and sportswear that is at a good price and all in one store. You can shop online or in store.
Be sure to bring waterproof clothing, like coats and jackets from Columbia. Other brands of clothing you might buy could be sufficiently waterproof, like Gore Tex. Be sure to test the waterproof nature of clothes before you go out on a big outing. If you have any leaks, get a waterproofing spray to touch up any weak points in your armour.
When shopping or packing for a trip, be sure to buy layers of clothing. For example, two thin sweatshirts is thermally better than one heavy sweatshirt. You can remove one layer should you get too warm and the air trapped between layers helps you stay warmer than with a single shirt.
